Third Party Campaign Management Tool
I designed a self-service Campaign Hub for EA that empowers studios to independently create, manage, and monitor 3rd party promotional campaigns. The platform simplifies complex processes, improves visibility, and supports both technical and non-technical users with intuitive, scalable tools.
EADP Experience Design UI Component Library
When I joined the EA Digital Platform team, there were no UI artifacts or design systems in place. I created a foundational design system based on Material UI, building components first in Adobe XD and later transitioning the team to Figma for better collaboration and efficiency.
Identity Service Onboarding User Flow and Journey Map
After receiving feedback that onboarding to the Identity service was "too slow" and "difficult to understand," I led interviews with 3 users and a partner to gather insights. Using this feedback and input from the product lead, I created a streamlined user flow for the Identity onboarding process.
EADP Experience Design Engagement Model and Workflow
I helped create a detailed design engagement model for EA’s Digital Platform to address misaligned expectations and project delays between product and design teams. By clearly defining each phase, entry criteria, and deliverables, we improved collaboration, reduced ambiguity, and enabled more accurate scoping and timelines.
Integrating AppleCare+ Monthly Subscription Pricing
I designed the integration of a new subscription model for AppleCare, enabling users to purchase extended warranty products via monthly payments, a top request from Apple Support customers. By simplifying a complex systems flow into a straightforward four-step process, I helped streamline the user experience, contributing to the media coverage of the launch.
Rethinking Support for Apple’s Media Applications
I led the redesign of Apple’s Media Services support pages, transitioning from the outdated iTunes branding to reflect the evolving iOS ecosystem of Music, TV, and more. The update resulted in higher click-through rates, improved content ratings, and led to the main page ranking #1 on Google for Apple billing-related queries.
